I didn't realize how long it has been since I have posted here on my blog. I am no longer in florida and the stress I was under there is now gone.
I had gained weight before moving to Florida. I have since lost those 8 pounds plus an additional 11 more. I need to find a scale to see how much more I have lost. I am feeling better each day as my weight goes away, my knees especially.
I do have a facebook page about weight loss and special topics as well. I will link this blog to it.
